Fujitsu General Australia

ODCM developed the building and interior concept for this award winning Industrial Building. Developed by Jacfin specifically for Fujitsu, the building was a custom response to the client’s needs. Following an in depth Needs Analysis process, ODCM developed a building concept from the inside out. Internal light wells, collaborative working areas, gym, atrium and a glazed facade that wraps gently around the entry. Vaughan Constructions were appointed to construct this landmark building, developing our concept in house with their consultants.

The Fujitsu General Australia HQ and Distribution Centre was the winner of the “Excellence in Construction of Industrial Buildings $10M-$25M” category at the 2019 NSW Master Builders Association awards. The building was praised for its “unusual and pleasing appearance, its environmental features and the overall excellent build quality”. Congratulations go to the entire project team.
